Microsoft has opened up the registration page for the Office 2010 Technical Preview simply go to to the registration page:
Fill out the short registration form and when you have completed the form your name will be enterd into a list of potential testers and if you are one of the lucky people who gets selected to test Microsoft office 2010 you will be notified in mid july acording to the signup page.
